Charlene Barnes
The founding partner of FSC, Charlene Barnes is an accomplished systems executive with over 25 years in the securities industry. She started her career with Shearson Lehman Brothers, overseeing back office systems and playing an instrumental role in many of Wall Street's early consolidations including the merger of EF Hutton and Shearson. Throughout the last two decades she has held management positions in both technology and operations at Prudential Financial, Mesirow Financial, and most recently as Executive Vice President and CIO of J.B. Hanauer & Co., a leading municipal bond dealer. Ms. Barnes graduated with a BA degree in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego.
